Reliex gains the status of Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner!

Today, we proudly announce that Reliex has become an official Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner!

We’re highly honored by this great acknowledgment of our company. This is a big step in our history and we would like to thank our customers for their trust. Our team of experienced professionals remains dedicated to our clients and our job.

A Way to Success

Reliex provides Jira add-ons for resource planning, capacity management, and time tracking since 2011. Our tools (ActivityTimeline, Find Duplicates, Email Digest) help thousands of customers to organize workflows most productively, to manage resources effortlessly, as well as save precious time.

Throughout our history, we have enriched our products with new features, built trust with our customers, and strengthened our partnership with Atlassian, e.g. in 2019 Reliex sponsored Atlassian Summit 2019 that took place on 9-11 April 2019 in Las Vegas.

Despite local and global challenges our team continued improving. We switched to 100% remote work during COVID-19, and this time even made our team closer and stronger, as we learned how to optimize the work process and stay on the same page with the rest of the company mates even when we stayed in different corners of the world. This was a great experience that we implemented new features into our resource planning add-on ActivityTimeline. This app helped us during the pandemic times. We showed by our example that remote work can be effective with the right tools, and shared our experience with clients.

In 2020 Reliex became a Silver Marketplace Partner for the first time!

Of course, we didn’t want to stop at that stage. Our team began to expand, so we continued to improve our tools.

Last year was extremely productive for us, as we constantly improve products, meet Atlassian’s security standards, and maintain a high customer satisfaction rate. We strive to follow all Atlassian’s programs & initiatives, the key among them:

• Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program: this initiative helps to detect vulnerabilities in products, so customers can trust the security of apps, that participate in this program. We constantly increase transparency and want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with the security.

• So, last year we joined another security initiative called Cloud Fortified program. Our ActivityTimeline app is among the first 25 apps that joined the new Atlassian’s Cloud Fortified Program.

• ActivityTimeline app gained the Staff Pick status three times during the last year.

• And last, but not least – in 2021 Reliex becomes an Atlassian Gold Marketplace Partner! In just one year we reached a new partnership status!

And here we go again! Last year we promised our friends and clients that we will reach a new partnership status in the next year, and we kept our promise. In 2022 our company received the great status of Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner! This is a huge honor for us, and a high evaluation of our work.

Shortly about Marketplace Partner Program:

• It provides three partnership statuses – Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• The main objective of the program is to recognize and award those partners who individually invest in the Atlassian platform, adhere to the Atlassian strategy, and share common values.

• This program ensures that clients will have a great experience with the Marketplace-awarded partners. Atlassian Partners are here to help.

The Marketplace partnership program has a number of requirements for each status, but if the company is an active partner that always participates in different Atlassian initiatives, drives transparency, and has a high customer satisfaction rate there will be no obstacles on the way to new partnership status.
