How to Display Jira Tasks in Google Calendar?

ActivityTimeline provides a great possibility of integration with external calendars such as Outlook, Google, and Apple calendars. Previously we showed how to merge ActivityTimeline with Outlook Calendar and now we are going to learn how to integrate a person’s timeline with Google Calendar.

1. First of all, open your ActivityTimeline and go to My Account settings.
2. Click on External Calendar Integration and Renew Calendar Link to generate a unique iCal Datafeed URL.
3.  Copy the link.

1. Open your Google Calendar: https://www.google.com/calendar/
2. Find a field Other calendars and press on the plus sign (+), select from URL in the pop-up menu
3. You will be redirected to Settings where you can add a previously copied link.

That’s it! Your Google calendar is ready for productive work. Turn on/off Jira issues whenever you want and be sure that all tasks are stored in a Google account without trouble.
