Email Digest is a Jira add-on that intelligently aggregates Jira notifications and sends them as a single email digest at a scheduled date/time. Email Digest allows users to receive a daily email digest of Jira updates. The digest includes items such as comments, changes, and updates from Jira projects. What is Atlassian Codegaist?

Atlassian Codegait is a web-based Atlassian’s annual developer hackathon for software teams that helps teams collaborate on building, testing, and deploying applications. It helps manage code bases, collaborate on code reviews, and build, deploy, and monitor applications. It also provides an integrated suite of tools for software development teams, including version control (Git), project management, and code review.

How idea became a product?

Our team recently took part in an Atlassian Codegait project to develop a new product. The idea come from the team’s brainstorming session and just a few hours later the team put together a detailed plan to build the product. Our team worked together to create a successful end product that also can meet our customer’s needs and transform teamwork. And it is how a new product was successfully developed in the Atlassian Codegaist. Thanks to the support of the Atlassian community we were featured in the Popular Choice App category.

In the end, our team successfully delivered the product and fully functional app to our customers. The apps for business teams are now available on Atlassian Marketplace. We are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to taking part in more challenges in the future.
